Name: Namaste Maryji
50 ml Rahasya Vodka
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml white balsamic vinegar
10 ml brown sugar syrup
1 small ripe tomato
A pinch of salt and pepper
To rim the glass, coat the edge(s)with lime juice and dip the glass into salt sprinkled on a plate.
How to make it? Slice the tomato into chunks, place at the bottom of the cocktail shaker and muddle well. You can also use tomato puree as well. Add all ingredients and ice to the same cocktail shaker.
Shake hard.
Fine strain the cocktail into a rimmed glass and garnish with a celery leaf.
And voila, your cocktail is ready!
