Relaxing and homely atmosphere with good vibes and great food. Honey Bar & Restaurant is partially an open-air restaurant with a cute bar near the entrance. Simple cane furniture for seating and posters of musicians all around the wall make up for the simple ambience of the restaurant. There is a stack of books for you to read but I guess that might seem redundant as they always have some sort of entertainment arranged almost every night. Usually, there is a live band performance or karaoke going on during weekdays.
The people are very friendly, courteous, and polite. We ended up having our breakfast and dinner at this place almost every day since it was very convenient and, more importantly, the Indian food was very delicious. Unlike other places in Baga and Calangute, this place isn’t very loud and noisy hence a lot of foreigners get here by nightfall (very few Indians and mostly foreigners). Nevertheless, it was fun and pleasant to have had a nice meal here. I would recommend this place as the food is great and economical in our pockets.
