Ruta’s Roadhouse is the restaurant you go to when you’ve been roaming around North Goa looking for that perfect beach and suddenly feel your belly rumbling.

Travellers, families, young people looking to chit chat; pretty much everyone.

The ambience is quite laidback and still warm and inviting; I especially loved their hospitality and friendly staff.

They’re known for their salads, coffee and desserts. Also worth a try: Apple crumble and sticky bun with their freshly squeezed juices. We’d suggest going for everything if you can, because everything is quite delicious.

Their operating hours are from eight in the morning to six in the evening. There’s free WiFi, too, and you can get your food made exactly to your liking. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans as well.
