This is Asia’s only museum featuring an impressive collection of sculptures, furniture, ivory, paintings, textiles and metals, as well as an extensive collection of Indo-Portuguese Christian art and historical exhibits. How to reach: Once you reach Old Goa, walk up the Holy Hill and you’ll reach the location. You can also hop on to any of the local buses to old goa and it’s a short walk from the bus stop. Direct buses are available from Panjim, Ponda, Pilar.

Just a short walk away, you can visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is only about 450 meters from the museum. If you’re up for a bit of history, the Church of St. Augustine Ruins, just 300 meters away, offers a glimpse into Goa’s colonial past.
