For starters, try out the Alsande Bean Taco made with local beans called alsande. Get them with the charred vegetables add on, the Petisco Fried Chicken and the Chicken and Cheddar Croquettes. The Potato Rosti and the Flamed Grilled Chicken are mains to die for. If you are in the mood for something simpler and familiar, order any pasta which is made with homemade pasta and delicious.

Petisco is located at the Samba square during the carnival and always a great place to sit down and eat. Catch Celeste and Adrian live whenever they play there. Parking is paid, INR 20 bucks an hour and managed by CCP, right outside the restaurant.
