This spot with the finest resort cuisine and exceptional service is an absolute gem.
Speaking of the beach, Pisco By The Beach has hammocks, and they might just be the only place in Goa with that kind. With only three hammocks available, make sure to reserve them well in advance. They also have premium front seating and regular seating, each with its own unique charm. Depending on the type of seating, there may be a cover charge.
From approximately 4 PM to 10 PM, the talented DJ Cletus takes the stage, setting the mood with melodic tunes that gradually transition into lively commercial music, perfect for getting the party started. However, during lunch and dinner, the ambiance is complemented by pleasant background music that allows you to relax and enjoy the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
As for drinks, you must try the Pistachio & Basil Smash. Despite the initial scepticism about pistachio milk, this well-balanced concoction was an absolute delight, especially for citrus lovers. Another noteworthy choice is the High Tide, a vibrant purple drink served in an Instagram-worthy glass. This refreshing beverage is a perfect companion for hot days by the beach.
For starters, I was recommended the River Prawns Pil Pil from the day menu. These prawns have a delightful twist as they lean towards the sweeter side. As for the mains, I highly recommend the Beach Day Chicken Schnitzel. It's not only outstanding in taste but also offers great value for money. To wrap up my culinary journey, I indulged in the Peruvian Tres Leches dessert, it was cotton soft and flavourful.
