A group of 6 to 7 local artists are putting up Bahari, an exhibition that showcases some amazing clothing and accessories for you and your home. The products are all handcrafted and very affordable. Pick up funky tees, handloom sarees, blockprinted bags with quirky motifs, home accessories, jewellery, stoles, and lots of other things. You can also pick up one-of-a-kind artworks for your walls. And exquisite ceramics. The event has been organised by Bengal's art graduates and is an absolute must-visit. This is their second pop-up - we had been to the last one and had come away gobsmacked by the unique products.
Look out for their stationery - notebooks or kitschy journals and even fun bookmarks. Looking for quirky tees? They will have blockprinted and handpainted ones. Pick up ceramics like mugs, fridge magnets and other home accents. And binge-shop form the range of fashion - from Bishnupuri silk sarees to blockprinted fabrics and stoles.
