What's Happening

JW Marriott Kolkata has been organising food fests highlighting cuisines from different parts of the country. This time they are bringing down delicacies from the land of the havelis. Savour iconic dishes from Bikaner crafted by chef Satveer Singh who has learnt the art of cooking from the royal kitchens, under the guidance of chef Prakash Chettiyar (executive chef at JW Marriott Kolkata). The festival will make sure there is something for everyone - ranging from mildly spiced to fiery hot. The talented team of chefs will cook up a range of traditional Bikaner dishes which would include both vegetarian and delectable meats in ambrosial local Rajasthani preparation mediums. Starters  include sangri ka shammi, lagan ki boti, besan chillas, and moong daal kachori with kadhi. Delicious main course offerings include the popular ker sangri, dal baati choorma, laal maas, safed maas. gatta curry, among others. For desserts, choose from moong daal or badam halwa, misra mawa’, and gajar ka halwa.

The festival started on January 25th and will continue till February 3rd at JW Kitchen.

How's The Venue

JW Kitchen is an all-day dining restaurant which features both buffet and ala carte options. Start your morning here or stop by for dinner. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the dress code is casual.

Price Includes

Lunch is INR 1,300 AI (Monday – Friday); dinner is INR 1,675 AI (Monday – Sunday); Saturday brunch is INR 1,500 AI (beer and sangria); and INR 2,500 AI (select premium spirits); Sunday brunch is INR 1,699 AI (beer and sangria) and 2500 AI (select premium spirits). Regular lunch, brunch and dinner charges applicable.
