Winter chill is in the air and it's time to gear up for an annual event we all look forward to - the Winter Carnival held by Kolkata's chapter of the All-India Anglo Indian Association. Some of the best home chefs of the community will serve up finger-licking special dishes such as Sausage Curry, Pork Balichao, Yellow Rice & Ball Curry, Fish Pantras and more. It's a hugely anticipated annual event and people are known to come with their tiffin boxes handy and take home tasty, home-cooked food made with love. Apart from the delicious spread, there will be bands playing live music and games like Housie (with exciting prizes to be won). Last year, they also had a jumble sale.
