The Goodwyn Tea store creators went all out on this one and pushed creativity to its limits by fabricating a fully functioning leisure tea store inside a shipping container. Attention was paid to every single intricate detail to recreate a phenomenal tea sampling, tasting and buying experience for all tea lovers, wildlife enthusiasts and tourists alike.
This first of its kind tea store, right in the heart of the hills of Assam, a must visit place in the North East, boasts of thirty five tea types ranging from garden fresh Assam and green tea to artisanal blends of opulent Oolong tea with choice Rose Petals to a Berries tea from the land of the Aztec civilization. Contemporary and classic premium tea gifts for all occasions can be found here too. All visitors to the store can smell and taste the teas on display and are sure to be delightfully surprised to learn how strong and uplifting the aroma of fresh tea can be.
The vision for creating a teas store in Kaziranga was not to open just another tea store in Assam but to create a unique destination for tea lovers. This daunting task was pulled off with relative ease as originality took the forefront and the regular was chucked out the window for good. Pretty lights have been fitted inside real chai kettles and suspended from the ceiling, and branches from real tea bushes have been used craft ‘branch lights’. Talk about a complete tea experience! In honour of the tea pluckers, who make all this possible, an authentic oil on canvas painting has been mounted on the wall of the store. The entrance of the store has been painted with chai graffiti and slogans making it true eye candy among the spectacular Kaziranga scenery.
