I have been hearing rave reviews about dear Suchi who is a home baker par excellence. Finally got an opportunity today to try out her products from 21 B- A Dessert Co. and I was mighty impressed, to say the least.
I wanted her to bake the most chocolicious cake (but not dark chocolate) possible for me and she did exactly that. She baked exactly that with an overload of milk & white chocolates laced with caramel it was supremely divine.
The Caramel Cheesecake & Custard Donuts were equally impressive but what stole the show personally for me were her Chocolate Brownies - soft and laden with gooey chocolate, every bite melts into chocogasm.
Even the packaging was top-notch & the pricing is absolutely worthwhile.
