This was the first café to pop up in Jodhpur Park and it literally owned the café scenario in this hood. One of the most well-known in the city, Abar Baithak has undergone a revamp — it has two floors now and a theme centre around Kolkata’s favourite sleuth, Feluda. They also have books on sale along with other things like funky coffee mugs, bags and cushions. There’s even a carrom board but you have to be lucky to find that spot empty! It’s spread over two floors. If you are a Feluda fan or just wanna unwind with your people then this it. It costs about INR 550 for two people.
