We stumbled up on this brand called Adiya that does beautiful handwoven sarees for women and we think you should definitely check it out.
Saborni Saha, the owner, does sarees in cotton, ikat, muslin and handloom fusion in varied patterns like half and half, reversible sarees, patli-pallu and single drapes. All her sarees are exclusive, single pieces. She does not repeat a saree design twice. We spotted a beautiful black and orange saree in pure cotton with ikat weaving done on it along with a contrasting border. The texture is soft and it's perfect for a get-together or just a casual day out. There's also a reversible, two-sided pure georgette saree with floral print that we loved. One side is grey while the other is black, wear whichever side you prefer.
Saborni also does dresses, culottes and scarves. Check out their huge range of cotton-muslin and pure cotton scarves, perfect for both formal and casual occasions. We loved one with umbrella print. Bored of the same ol' salwar pants? Look savvy in comfy culottes made in pure ikat and batik prints.
Prices for sarees start at INR 2,000 and can go up to INR 3,500 while scarves can cost anywhere between INR 500 and INR 700. Culottes start at INR 1,200.
