Another one of north Kolkata's popular ghats, Ahiritola remains abuzz with processions and idols on Dashami and the day after. Most of north Kolkata pujos from College Street, Hedua, and popular pujos like Ahiritola, BK Paul and Beniatola take their idols here for immersion. If you time it well on Dashami, you'll also get to catch a few bonedi bari Durga immersions here.
