You’ll find him surrounded by a crowd of students and office-goers right at the crossing of Theatre Road. Stand on the pavement and enjoy the classic masala dosa or the crispy butter dosa and you won’t be disappointed.  Crossing of Shakespeare Sarani and Hungerford Street, opposite Arun Tea Stall. Lunch hours are absolute mayhem; you’ll have to fight the crowd to get a taste of his awesome dosas.
