* King Fish Steak - The fleshy juicy pan-grilled steak was so fresh and perfectly done. The steak pulled its flavours from the chimichurri sauce brushed on the fish. The sweet and the savoury taste of this gorgeous green sauce elevates the flavour of the fish. Served with herbed rice, grilled veggies and garnished with gondhoraj slices.

* Pan-Fried Mackerel - Pan-seared whole mackerel doused in chimichurri sauce brings out the stronger taste that is totally delicious. The gondhoraj slices peeping out from neatly cut filets elates the flavour. Served with fresh salad.

* Special Turkey Roast - Beautifully succulent roasted turkey braised with fresh herbs, gorging the plate is supremely delicious with the meat falling off from the bones and fat dripping by side of glazed crispy skin.
