What Makes It Awesome

Stop: 7B !

Do you know anything about 'Cloud Kitchen'? Not to worry, even I didn't know about it, before the present. The term ‘Cloud Kitchen‘ itself newborn to all. But the way I learned about Cloud Kitchen is a very interesting way. Here’s what happened, I had ordered food, close to regularly, from eateries which are listed in online food ordering portals like Swiggy, Zomato, Foodpanda, and others.

As a result, on map the eatery from which I had decreed, was 10 kms away which was in the other part of the city. Yet the order got delivered in a jiffy. This made me eager to know about how this actually works. So on the next account, I enquired about this to the delivery guy who briefed me that they had a branch nearby which was 5 minutes away. This constrained me to visit the restaurant in person rather than being lazy and ordering from the app again.

Thus, I planned on the little visit to the restaurant I usually order from and what happened next made me apprehend clearly what Cloud Kitchen actually implies.

I advanced to the address shared by the delivery guy and to my surprise, there was neither any board nor Google listing. For that reason I had to ask the people at hand about it and eventually approached to the right place.

There was a small kitchen with a window surrounded by delivery boys, waiting to pick up the order. On approaching the counter, those boys mentioned that, that kitchen was only for takeaway orders. So, I wondered where would be the dine-in part. Following my quest to eat there, I had made conversation with an employee (more of a chef) and asked him where should I order. On that account he said in response that they currently take orders from online food delivery portals, plus it also refers for unavailability for takeaways or dine-in. Surprisingly, the term has also been called as 'Dark Kitchen'.

At present time, Kolkata, has it in great quantities. Consequently, now I am going to put your heads together on such kitchen, named Pantry 7B. It's located at Elgin, and provides delicious specialities of Mexican, Italian, Thai, Continental and Lebanese. Their platters that are of high repute which I have recently devoured are:

1. Thai Grilled Chicken: This Amazing Thai Grilled Chicken delivers big time on flavor using fresh lemongrass and fish sauce in the marinade.

The marinade for this chicken was insane. It really was. The flavour was so good and I honestly think you’ll regret it if you don’t decree a double batch. Because I promise, you will eat more than your fair share.

2. Smoked Chipotle Hummus with inhouse Baked Pita Sticks: This preparation was well concocted with chickpeas, tahini, juice of lemon, smashed cloves of garlic along with Chipotle sauce and olive oil. The nakedness of the chickpeas was what gave this hummus its glorious silky smooth texture, and on the whole, the process was relatively painless.

However, baked pita sticks required a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and a hot oven, to whip these sticks up for your afternoon or evening snack mood.

When it comes to serving your chipotle hummus, there are endless possibilities! Spread it on sandwiches, avocado toast (BOOM) and crackers, use it as the base for fancy veggie tacos, or add a dollop to your salad. Dip your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, raw/roasted vegetables, or grilled vegetable quesadillas in it. Otherwise, you have your Baked Pita Sticks. Choice is all yours.

3. Tex - Mex Quesadillas: These cheese-stuffed tortilla triangles got topped with a fresh tomato and avocado salsa. Evenly divided cheese, jalapeno, cilantro, and remaining green onion distributed on one side of each tortilla; later folded other half over. Then exquisitely toasted until tortillas were golden brown and cheese was melted. Eventually, each quesadilla had been cut in half and distributed with pretzel mustard dip. Extremely ambrosial!

4. Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread: Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread is a scrumptious snack recipe that will be adored by kids. Apart from the taste the dish smelled equally tempting too. This finger licking snack was easy to prepare. Knocked up with the goodness of dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried basil leaves, garlic, jalapeno and butter, this palatable recipe is a must try for all hungry souls out there. The scrumptious texture and taste of cheesy will surely make you go-wow! On special occasions or on normal evenings, serve this lip smacking recipe to your loved ones and have a blissful evening with them. The cheesy yet slightly spicy flavor of this recipe will be perfect if it is served with a tall glass of wine (just a suggestion), or a hot bowl of soup. Amaze your guests by presenting them this delectable finger food.

5. Fettuccine Alfredo: Tracing back to 15th century Rome, this dish quickly became popular throughout Europe, and later America. In the beginning, the sauce was comprised solely of butter, parmesan, and pasta water. Nowadays, there are all sorts of interpretations of the original recipe. Some add cream, some add more cheeses and herbs, and many add meat or fish.

Fettuccine Alfredo is one of the most basic and delicious pasta recipes EVER—and it couldn't be easier to create. Pantry 7B's recipe was a little untraditional (there's heavy cream) but it's just as easy to whip up as the rest. In fact, it's so easy you can memorize it. Half a cup butter, cheese, and cream was all that they needed to make this luscious sauce, with a bit of whisking it in parmesan, and seasoning with salt and pepper. In due course, garnished with parsley and spooned out immediately. Sensational!

6. Penne Arrabiata: Arrabiata Pasta is a delicious main dish recipe that you can decree for your kith and kin on occasions like kitty party, game night, and even pot luck. And who doesn't love pasta? This pasta recipe was prepared using penne pasta, tomatoes, oregano, chilli flakes, virgin olive oil, garlic, and basil. This is an easy-to-make Italian recipe that would be loved by people of age groups. This is an authentic Italian recipe that you must try for your kids in tiffin, and they will gorge down on this dish in no time. You can also order this mouth-watering pasta recipe for your date and impress him/her with Pantry 7B's astonishing skills. Try it and enjoy with your loved ones!

7. Lemon Basil Ice Tea: Iced tea has always been one of my favorite drinks.  Even as a kid, I would choose iced tea over soda or juice.

However, here I’ve found a new flavor combination I absolutely LOVE and it’s lemon basil. The combination of the tart lemon and sweet basil was so yummy and went great in this iced tea. This is my favoured ice tea at present and is perfect for summer, I believe.
