Six Bakers Are Putting Up An Autumn-Themed Bakery Pop-Up & Everyone’s Invited

Apple and orange flavour everything — BakeDown Sale’s latest pop up is fall-focused, and it starts at just INR 45!

Need plans for this Sunday? There’s a pop-up bake sale intown and you can’t miss it. The BakeDown Sale is a group of six super bakers {who are also students of food science and nutrition} — Shubhangi, Devyani , Maitree, Mallika , Palak and Aditi — who are making the city happier with their pop-up bake sales.

Their pop-ups are open to all {and are mostly in public places} and are extremely affordable {their baked goodies start at just INR 45 and go up to INR 65 at the most}.

What’s awesome? Every pop-up has a theme. This one is autumn-themed so you’ll have desserts in all the fall colours – think lots of orange and reds! What’s in store this Sunday? You can expect Crunchy Pops, Lemon Cheesecake, Fall Pastry and Chocolate Orange Cupcakes. Everything will be in apple and orange flavours {so fall!}

This Sunday, BakeDown Sale are putting up their seventh pop-up. They’ve previously put up pop-ups at places like Calcutta Swimming Club, New Alipore, Park Street, Salt Lake swimming pool and Emami market. They’ve done themes like Diwali, Holi {rainbow coloured everything!}, Mother’s Day, and more.

You may have run into their Christmas pop-up at the Park Street festival. They had adorable Christmas and winter-theme yummies like gingerbread cookies, an Xmas tree brownie and Elsa Frozen cupcakes. Fingers crossed they’ll be back again this year.

Not just do these ladies put up sinful desserts, there’s also lots of loud music and a lively vibe – it’s the whole experience!
