For over thirty years, the iconic Kookie Jar has given us fond memories in the form of pastries and snacks. If you like sandwiches, try the Chicken or Prawn Focassia, Chicken Pesto and Chicken Egg in wholewheat bread. But our personal favourite would be their quiches, and you can't settle with one!
The Mighty Slice
What's the most comfortable snack that you can think of? P-I-Z-Z-A! Formerly a cloud kitchen, The Mighty Slice in Southern Avenue's Keyatala neighbourhood. The Mighty Slice is inspired by the New York pizza slice. Treat yourself to an 11” single slice of pizza served in a triangular pizza box. Their menu includes pizzas with glazed bacon, pepperoni, ham and mushroom and a range of vegetarian options.
Keeping in mind Kolkatans' eternal love for food, we have to suggest Binge Baefikar, which is a first-of-its-kind cloud kitchen serving a host of gluten-free, sugar-free and Ketogenic delicacies. The best part is their menu is not limited to one particular cuisine. They have a range of American, Italian and Indian cuisines, right from starters, quick bites to main course.
Afraa Deli has a whole lot of options in small plates if you want to keep it light. Some must-tries would include crispy sesame honey chilli fries, fish chop with kasundi, oriental style crisp fried shrimps, meatball with smoky barbecue sauce and Moroccan chicken shashlik. The shashlik can get a bit messy, so keep napkins near you.
Oh My Fry
