Rishav Chowdhary, the owner, wanted Pour House to be known not only for their special infused cocktails but also for the fusion food that they serve, which is why they came up with this idea. Their chef Mohammed Mustak has come up with seven different kinds of non-vegetarian and vegetarian kebabs.
The soft paneer chunks in the Paneer ke Sholay and Junglee Masala Paneer Tikka {both for INR 319} almost melt in your mouth and are paired extremely well with condiments. The Murg Tikka and Nawabi Kebab {both for INR 399} have succulent pieces of chicken and will leave you craving for more.
Biriyani is not a very difficult dish to find in a place like Kolkata, but here they serve you four different kinds to satiate all those biryani cravings.
They serve Kashmiri Pulao along with two other types of vegetarian biryani, so don’t be disheartened!
Still Not Convinced?
You can make your own Kebab Platter where you can add any four kebabs, so you can try the ones you like best. They also serve a separate Prawn Kebab Platter {INR 1029} which will definitely please your taste buds.
Prawn Dum Biryani {INR 659}, Murg Hyderabadi Biryani {INR 459}, Green Vegetable Biriyani {INR 349}, Pour House Special Biryani, Chicken Cheese Kebab, Mutton Sikampuri {INR 479}, Baby Raan, Paneer Malai Corn Seekh Kebab, Paneer Ke Sholay, Tandoori Salad are just a few things that they have on their scrumptious menu!
Anything Else?
Ched Mohammed Mustak says the Murg Hyderabadi, Kachi Gosht Biriyani and Green Vegetable Biryani are a must try!
