Bodega was the first restuarant in Kolkata to introduce activated charcoal in their menu. With one cocktail and one dessert, you won’t be disappointed with either. Activated Charcoal Martini is a unique blend of Espresso with Activated Charcoal, Vodka {Absolut} and Kahlua. Activated charcoal is not just healthy, it also adds this beautiful black colour to the drink. From the desserts, we tried the Passion Fruit Brulee, which comes with a 45-second activated charcoal sponge, tender coconut feuillantine, tropical sorbet, mango and kaffir line coulis, poached pineapple/mango. Absolutely full of tropical flavours the activated charcoal sponge adds texture to this melt-in-your-mouth sweet treat. They get brownie points for presentation. The Passion Fruit Brulee is INR 300+ and the Activated Charcoal Martini is INR 395+.
