Bored of the treadmill? Now you can ditch the machines and take advantage of the gorgeous weather all in one go. Skulpt has just started their Outdoor Routine Program and it sounds super exciting. Marathon Training, Trek Training, Obstacle Races and Aqua Workouts – there are tons of never-seen-before workouts and activities for you to hit. Make your weekends memorable. Skulpt will host its weekend indoor and outdoor program every Saturday morning {4 days a week}. The indoor exercises include Circuit Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Spinning, Functional Training. And outdoor activities will have Aqua Workout, Bootcamp, Hiking Training and Fartlek. You’re definitely not going to get bored – moving between the indoor and outdoor sessions will keep you on your toes {literally!}.

The first sessions is tomorrow, November 4. Want to sign up? The great news is, you don’t even have to be a member to make the most of the programme. The monthly fee for members is INR 1,200+ and for guests is INR 2,000+. Love the idea of the programme and want to do it year-round?
