Missing out on a long winter vacation this year? You don’t have to leave the city to try food from every inch of South East Asia. The Grand Trunk Road Buffet will take you across the major food destinations of the 2,500 kilometres stretch from Kabul in Afghanistan to Chittagong in Bangladesh.
Celebrate the iconic highway through a food-filled journey. The dishes on the buffet try to capture the culture and flavours found in the major cities the road runs through — Peshawar, Lahore, Amritsar, Delhi and Howrah and focuses on Kashmiri, Awadhi, Punjabi, Bengali and other cuisines.
What’s On The Menu?
Soups, starters, live counters, desserts and more are all on the culinary trail. Every week, there’ll be focus on one of the major stops of the road – this week it’s Kabuli and Pashtuni food from Afghanistan. We love the Afghani Murgh Tikka, Baluchistan’s Chicken Tikka, Kasmiri Mutton Rogan Josh, Chicken Khaibar Pass, Sialkot Murgh. You can’t miss out on the Zaffrani Pulao and the Kabul’s Paneer Seekh either.

On weekdays, the buffet will set youback just INR 545+ and INR 645+ on weekends.
