Say hello to Cafe Offbeat Up There - a rooftop bar and sunset cafe on EM Bypass (the Offbeat CCU building guys!) that overlooks a lake offering breathtaking views of the city. Offbeat CCU's latest venture, the rooftop cafe is where you need to be if you can't get enough of sunsets (and if you're lucky, you might just see the moon rise while the sun is setting!). The place is vibrant, spacious, and is done up using leftover and upcycled furniture with a few potted plants and artistic fixtures around exuding a very urban and fresh vibe.
The food is prepared at five kitchens dedicated to different cuisines and in-house cocktails, mocktails and coffee. It will leave you spoilt for choice because there's just so many delectable options. We loved everything we ate - stuffed paratha, cheese balls, babycorn, corn palak, pulao, kebabs, baked rice (it was so good!) as well as the beverages. We definitely don't want you to miss out on the Paan Mojito and the Paan Shot as well as their range of iced teas.
So, spend some time in the open air beating those pandemic blues while following social distancing norms!
