Well, I missed going to Charcoal Grill for their live barbeque counters and buffet. So when I found out they're delivering, I immediately ordered in.
It is, without a doubt, one of the best places in the city for seafood. Their extensive seafood spread is really impressive. The Lobster Thermidor is very well grilled and blended with rice wine, cream and just the right amount of cheese and served veggies. They also make it using prawns if that's what you prefer. We'd also recommend the seafood platter for a bit of everything - fish, squids, Bombay duck and prawns deep fried to perfection. We also loved the coastal Mangalorian Veg cooked in a thick gravy and chicken cooked in traditional Goan style.
I love the North Indian food here too. The kebab platters (veg as well as the non-veg basa ones) are to die for. They include about six to seven different kinds of tikkas and kebabs served with mint chutney - it's like a meal in itself. I also tried the Chicken Bharta, Vegetable Begum Bahar and Dal Makhani (it's a common dish but Charcoal Grill serves one of the best in the city!) with a Masala Kulcha on the side and loved every bite of it.
Best part? It's not that expensive, really. A meal for two would cost around INR 800 to INR 900.
