There's no doubt that Kolkata peeps have immense love for Chinese and so do we. Our love for small-bite sized balls of flavour took us to Chinoiserie, Taj Bengal as they are serving an all-new dimsum menu for the summer. Chef Jiayu Yang from China is giving a twist to dimsums to suit the Indian palate. So head here, relax over a cup of tea and indulge in a plate full of assorted delicious dumplings - shuijiao, jiaozi, shaomai, and more. You must try their sweet pea cheese crystal dumpling, fennel and mushroom jiaozi and crab meat, edamame and carrot dumpling.  Cue the sauces - from chilli garlic to spicy soy and crushed peppercorn, your dimsum order comes with five selections of sauce that will linger on your taste buds.
