Love Dance? Shake Your Thang At This Workshop By A Dancer From The Paris Opera School

Shortcut

Want to throw a few shapes with people who really know what they’re doing? Put your twinkliest toes forward at this upcoming dance workshop.

What Is It?

It’s a two-hour dance workshop based on the Jooss-Leeder technique {also known as The European Contemporary Dance Technique — look it up here} developed by Hans Züllig and Jean Cébron, with contemporary barre work.

The precise consciousness of one’s body in the space and its dynamics are the ground of this approach.

Who Is It For?

The class is most suited for dancers with previous dance training. The level is intermediate/advanced {age 13+}.

Why Should I Go?

Because French dance artist, Lucas Viallefond — a modern dancer and a teacher at the Paris Opera School — is coming down to the city to host a workshop.
