If you are planning to visit this place keep some time in your hand. Enjoy the pure Zamandari ambience of our heritage at The East India Room. Ask someone who can brief you about the history of the place. The decor will melt your heart and the heritage of our rich culture will give you goosebumps. I just fall in love with the place. Now coming to the food. Where you are going to spend your money? They are serving some outstanding dishes with exquisite and imported ingredients to showcase our Anglo Indian Culture with a hint of modernization in it. I'm recommending some dishes without going into many details. But you will like it for sure. For the Vegetarians, "Bundle Cheese Malakoff", "Niramish Cutlet" or "Oscar of Waldorf", "Mushroom Vindaloo" and "Vegetable Tetrazzini ”. For the Non-Vegetarians, "Prawn Cocktail", "Lamb Pantheras", "A La Kiev" and "Becky Muniere". Don't forget to try the Homemade Bread and desserts also. I was blown away after tasting their "Rose Petal Caramel Custard" and "Tiramisu". Also, the "Basil Watermelon Duet" is very refreshing. I love it. Nothing to tell about the Staffs and Service. Both are top-notch and outstanding. Pocket Pinch is surely justified! So, plan a visit and enjoy the fullest.
