Quail, Salmon, Duck: Flurys Has A New Dinner Menu & We're Going Nuts

Flurys has launched a brand new dinner menu just in time for Christmas and we’re drooling over the meaty madness going on – here’s everything you have to try.

What's Cookin'?

Move aside, breakfast. Flurys dinner menu is here to stay and we’re loving every bit of it. Meat lovers, you have plenty and more reason to celebrate. Quail, pork, duck and tons more specialty meats and cuts are available on the limited but lavish menu. We absolutely adore the Pan-seared Salmon— made with Norwegian salmon and served with mash and a herbed mousselline, it’s soft, flaky and perfectly pink. The subtle herb and butter flavours work so well with the flavour of perfectly cooked salmon.

Another favourite on our list is the Prosciutto-wrapped Quail – a little fiddly to eat because of the size of the poultry, the flavours are jam-packed, hearty and wholesome. The bacon lends a smoky undertone to the dish. The oven roasted duck and lamp chops are also winners. With each meal you can also pick your choice of staples — herbed rice, saffron rissotto, creamy mash potato, garlic bread {definitely recommended!} and tons more options.

We adore the presentation of all the dishes — so sophisticated, delicate, and well-planned. Little sprigs of fresh herbs, a splattering of sauce here, a couple of sauteed veggies there — a well-balanced meal!

What's Dinner Without Dessert?

Hold up, we’re not done yet! There’s dessert too. There are just three dessert options but they all look and taste sinfully good! The Caramelised Crepe Gateaux with Fig Ice Cream is definitely one of our favourites — the ice cream is fresh and oh-so fruity! The fresh fruit pavlova comes with tart strawberries and kiwis and perfectly crisp and chewy pavlova.

The most decadent dessert is also seemingly the simplest — a rich chocolate cake with chocolate sauce served with vanilla ice cream. The layered cake is worth every calorie — rich, indulgent, gooey!

Anything Else?

The Head Chef at Flurys likes to call it the 7-11 menu since it’s only available from 7 to 11 pm {you won’t get this beauty in the all-day dining menu}. We recommend you head to one of Park Street’s many pubs for a drink before heading here for a classy, dignified dinner.

The soups and salads come for INR 250, veg mains start at INR 300 and nonveg ones at INR 350, and desserts at INR 300.
