Starters:
Veg and Non-veg Wonton Fried- Wonton is a type of Chinese dumpling which is available in three forms, steamed, fried and in wonton soup. The filling in the wonton is shredded chicken mixed with onions and then wrapped with flour layer, and then fried till it turns into golden brown. The wonton's were crispy, and the filling was nice.
Crispy Chilli Baby Corn- One of my all time favourite dish is crispy chilli baby corn. It is a simple and easy indo chinese street style food. Tender baby corns along with veggies, tossed in a chilli sauce.
Dimsums- The MVP of this place were the dimsums. They have chicken as well as prawn suimai, Shitake mushroom dimsum, hargaon, chicken and prawn dimsums and many more. The dimsums looked very beautiful, as they have used food colours in it. I loved their dimsums, the filling was really nice and rich in flavours. The dimsums are a bit costly, but the taste and texture justifies it to some extent.
Mains:
House Special Orange Chicken- This was one of their in-house dish. I tried it for the very first time here. It is a semi-gravy dish which is made with small chunks of boneless chicken breast. The chicken chunks were fried until golden and crispy. The orange juice was a bit sweet and also sour made with orange juice, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and orange zest.
Chilli Garlic Fish- Chilli Garlic fish is one of the most basic Chinese cuisine food which most of us love to have. Many people prefer chicken over fish, but for me Chilli fish is the best. First the fish is marinated with cornflour, red chilli powder, salt & soya sauce. Then fry the fish and chopped garlic in the same hot oil, and finally tossed with various kinds of sauces like tomato, chilly, soya and tomato paste.
Egg Noodles and Egg Fried Rice- The noodles were thick and not much oily. The noodles were tossed on soya sauce that gave it a light brown colouration. The fried rice had correct amount of veggies in it, neither too much nor too less. It even had seasonal veggies like peas.
Dessert:
Darshan- Darshan is a traditional Chinese dessert which is also known as honey noodles. Darshan is one of the best desert you can get in any Chinese cuisine restaurant. I loved the darshan they served, the amount of honey was perfect. What was missing was just a huge scoop of vanilla Ice-cream.
Lemon Grass Pudding- Though lemongrass has a subtle lemony taste, you won't fell such taste in this pudding. According to me the pudding had a blunt taste. I didn't like the taste of the pudding much.
Combos:
They also have combo boxes, vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian combo boxes. In the veg combo box you can get veg fried rice or noodles along with veg wontons, crispy chilli baby corn, chilli paneer and darshans. In the non vegetarian combo, you can choose among non-veg fried rice or noodles, along with orange chicken or chilli chicken, chilli fish or garlic fish, non-veg wontons and darshan or lemongrass pudding.
