The Irish House's Power Lunch menu packs in quite a punch with some healthy additions, so you get to have the same Irish House experience even without cheat days!
Take your pick from Grilled Mustard Tilapia with Lemon Butter Caper Sauce, Grilled Pepper Chicken with Red Wine Jus & Mushroom Ragout Spaghetti, Layered Grilled Cottage Cheese Lasagna, Buckwheat Crepes with Chicken Sausages or Cottage Cheese & Mushroom Ragout, Whole Wheat Pappardelle with Cherry Tomato Fondue, Watermelon & Feta Cheese Salad, Grilled Chermoula Prawn Tacos among many more. We love how the lasagna, which is otherwise made of fatty or calorie-laden ingredients, got this fresh healthy twist while remaining just as tasty.
What Could Be Better
Many of the items, although delicious, have ample sugar and saturated fat content. Also, it would have been great if they could have listed the number of calories beside each dish, so people could make more informed choices when they order.
