BEFORE YOU PARTY

Munchies -

Loaded Potato Chilli Bites with Jalapeno Pepper Dip -
A supremely popular Chinese vegetarians snack. Batter-fried crispy potato nuggets seasoned with amazing flavour tossed in delicious chilli garlic sauce - very tasty which is crispy outside and soft inside. Served with super-cheesy, creamy, smoky Jalapeno Pepper Dip.

Desi Lal Paneer Tikka Skewers with Bellpepper and Onion -
Delicious and tasty paneer marinated in a tandoori chilli masala grilled to perfection with colourful bell peppers and served on a bed of fresh salad with mint chutney and roasted papad on the side.

Vegetable Tempura Basket with Wasabi Mayo -
The Bengali style vegetable fritters are always a favoured delicacy that offers a pleasing taste for every get-together and the batter profused with the explosion of spices makes these puffy veggies crispy, spicy and tempting too. Served with creamy Wasabi (Japanese Hoarse Raddish) Mayo that gives a wonderful kick.

Mighty Pearl Onion Rings with Hoarse Raddish Dip -
It's always my favourite appetizers ever. Thick-cut onion rings with a crusty crunch. Simply irresistible. Served with spicy sauce and salad. Served with tangy Hoarse Raddish dip.

Juicy Pan Fried Prawns tossed with Garlic Aglio Olio Pepperchino -
A quintessential dish with an Italian touch. Fried jumbo prawns sauteed in garlic, chilli flakes, classic olive oil, packed with an amazingly garlicky flavour.

Beer Battered English Fish n Chips with Sea Salt and Truffle Fries -
The country-style classic pub foods - filets dipped in seasoned beer batter and fried until golden brown and crispy served with in-house salad and tartar sauce. The thin batter is delightfully light and crispy. Served with rich earthy flavoured truffle fries.

Pan-Fried Bacon-wrapped Chicken Sausages -
Always a pork lovers choice. Pieces of chicken wrapped in a generous blanket of bacon.

Chicken Mozarella Hush Puppies -
No one can deny pulling the gooey melted cheese enveloped inside the chicken battered with cornmeal based (hush puppies), breaded and deep-fried, crisp outside and gooey in the middle. Served with crunchy Julien bell pepper salad.

Crunchy Frittata Egg Fries with Sriracha Mayo -
The most flavourful fried egg I have ever tasted. Unbelievable eggy recipe. Crispy, the savoury cake of egg with the spinach, garlic rolled to give the cylindrical shape, battered and deep-fried. Served with creamy spicy Sriracha Mayo on the side giving a good kick.

Ghee Roast Mutton Tikki -
The blend of the tangy roasted spices doused in ghee is delicious. Served with mint chutney and crunchy salad.

Don’t miss their signature kebab platter studded very enticing and tasty studded with mutton sheikh kebab, haryali kebab, chicken malai kebab.

Your party will remain incomplete without taking a food tour to explore the glorious era of Calcutta which traces its history back to 1956 along with a story of migration behind it that influenced gastronomy too. The beautifully mixed elements in 1956 KOLKATA CLASSICS platter guarantees love in every bite of the food, indulging in its rich locals.

Baked Shrimp Toast -
Very tasty appetizer made with minced fresh shrimp and bread, given the shape of Tikki and baked. The sesame seeds jewelled on the top brings that extra crunchiness to the dish.

A classic, that cannot be missed is the Lobster Thermidor.

A few more delicious take on their Italian classics PASTA & RISOTTO -

Niramish Dimer Dalna in Gobindo Bhog Risotto -
A Bengali flair is given a very unique and distinctive shape. Simple and comforting potatoes mashed curry artistically looked at boiled egg taking nap amid curried gobindo bhog rice. In few words, this a just jaw-dropping. The creaminess of the rice adds a good depth of flavour to the dish.

Tomato Pasta Roll -
Layered with rich fillings of spinach, ricotta cheese and walnut seasoned with nutmeg and pepper, giving a meaty feeling to the palate smeared in melty cheese with mild tomatoes flavour. Incredibly delicious.

Pan-Seared Bhetki from Good Old Sizzler and Grills is pure nostalgia and healthy too.

The meal ended by gorging over Astor signature warm fudge overloaded with gooey mud pie served with whipped cream.
