Life is too short to spend it on things like wandering in the labyrinth of supermarket shelves. You can’t but agree that a party will be much more enjoyable if you shouldn’t cook all those delicious dishes, instead you order it online and serve them to your guests and so on.
Our crazy schedules put certain restrictions on our lifestyles. We have no time to do everything by ourselves. For instance, most of people will prefer to order food digitally and spend free time with kin and kith than go shopping. Thus, the culture of digital ordering is flourishing and has completely changed the way traditional restaurants function. With platforms like Swiggy, Zomato and Food Panda, the online order is the new thing that can take restaurant sales to the next level. To add to this, the beginning of an era of ‘cashless economy’ has seen a significant surge in digital food ordering, and the restaurant delivery service sector has witnessed steady growth.
For that reason, it has even brought all our preferred dishes, in particular Biryani, Chinese or anything, to decree online and dine at home without any pain in the backside. Furthermore, that cause has given emergence of online eateries like The Biryani Inc. to bring the foodies in town and surrounding a delectable range of food ranging from Mughal cuisine to Afghani delicacies and other tempting cuisines. They are focusing on ways to personify the relation between safe and delicious food, bringing the dream of every foodie.
The Biryani Inc. has already achieved mark as the great takeaway and home delivery only restaurant. Gradually they expanded with the love of the foodies across Kolkata with several fully functional home delivery options, plus they stay prepared to serve the perfect plate with the best, for the best.
Pursue their menu and you will be vowed by their variety. From Gosht Keema Biryani, Murgh Dum Biryani to Murgh Keema Biryani and Dil-E-Khush Gosht Biryani, just a look at their menu had us drooling.
We've tried the Gosht Dum Biryani --- a famous Mughlai dish, which was an amalgamation of lamb meat, basmati rice, yoghurt, onions and mélange of spices. It was a one-pot dish that was served with raita --- Chicken Chap, which I believe any biryani is incomplete without Chicken Chaap. Some people like Rezala but I prefer rezala with Rumali ruti. So when biryani was on my table chaap had to be there at any cost along with raita and salad.
Chicken Chaap is a Classic Delight for Indian food lovers. This was a unique combination of juicy and moist chicken pieces and rich and thick gravy; and Tandoori Murgh is the famous chicken dish from the Punjab region of northern India and eastern Pakistan.
Here the whole chickens were marinated, skewered and quickly roasted in a fiery hot clay oven called a tandoor; the first thing that strike you is that it isn't super high on spice, so if you are looking for something fiery, you may want to mention it to the chef beforehand.
Unlike most biryani outlets, The Biryani Inc. has an equally exciting menu for the vegetarians: pick out from Veg Dum Biryani or Paneer Tikka Biryani. The rice is cooked to perfection but the flavors are very subtle and may not appeal to the chilly devoted gourmets.
They have some interesting desserts including Firni and Sizzling Brownie if you want to end your biryani session on a sweet note.
