Paris Cafe {Salt Lake Sector V branch} will be hosting an eight-course French fine-dining experience on October 7.

What Is It?

Paris Cafe chef-owner Sneha Sighi and chef Henry Elliman from Paris{or LMN as he is known} are all set to take you on a French gastronomic journey through this specially curated eight-course menu. Both are graduates from Le Cordon Bleu. Elliman lives in New York City where he caters, hosts a supper club, and opens pop-up restaurants while working at Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières.

Why Should I Go?

Well, to sample Chef Henry’s skills – he has hosted pig roasts in rural Uganda, cooked for the president of Anguilla, & prepared lamb asado in Patagonia, Chile.

And also for the resplendent array of food. You will begin your culinary cruise with amuse bouche, followed by white and green asparagus and fried goat cheese and amaranth salad. Next up will be a ratatouille or lamb lollipops depending on your veg and non-veg preferences, and a ravioli mushroom truffle. The next course offers margarita brie and pesto or calamari margarita pesto. Orzo, sundried tomato pesto with ricotta or prawns guacamole tacos follows after that. Remember to keep some room for the desserts – creme brulee and chocolate fondant.

The food will be accompanied by wine {red, white and sparkling}.

Anything Else

The cost for the non-veg meal is INR 2,500 and veg is INR 2,000. There are limited seats available and bookings will be on till October 6. Two sessions will be hosted at 7.30 PM and 9 PM respectively. Call 7278082588 for more info or to book a seat at the table.
