Vanita Tondon started Brown’s a year ago as a venture from her home’s kitchen in Queen’s Park, Ballygunge. She saw that people now don’t have the time to make elaborate dishes and meals but they want to have that kind of food often. Brown’s makes these meals for you. You can order them for just yourself or for family gatherings or even to gift a great food experience to someone.
Try their savory specialties like quiches, quesadillas, zucchini roll ups, Vietnamese rice paper rolls and some lipsmacking salads. For desserts, they do tiramisu, devil’s food cake and cheesecakes. If you want some snacks for a tea party, order in a blueberry crumble cake, a lemon cake, her chocolate & almond cake or the Baileys brownies! Brown’s also caters to some restaurants and cafés.
