Howrah Peeps, Step Up Your Fitness Game With This Brand New Gym

Fitness brand BeMeFit has recently opened Howrah’s biggest gym spread across 7500 square feet & it’s a complete healthy living hub.

Want to get fit and have fun? Sign up at the new BeMeFit gym. They say their main goal is to make the workout session fun and they totally live up to it.

They have a pretty cool and unique design for the hub. Be is the spa with focus on rejuvenation and well-being, Me is the studio which organises interesting group activities such as Zumba, MMA and yoga, and Fit is the workout zone.

We spotted a wall with quirky and motivational art for the much-needed fix of fun and motivation as you sweat it out.

They have an interactive cross-fit floor, functional training zone and 360 degree running track. The trainers are experienced and certified. The head trainer, Som Subhra Chowdhury, has more than 10 years experience and a resume studded with certifications from leading authorities from USA and UK. He’s also worked as a level 3 personal trainer in Dubai.

They have a café for the health freaks {also open to outsiders} which serves healthy food like salads, sandwiches, protein shakes, smoothies and flavoured green teas. Our personal menu pick was the Greek Feta Salad and the Strawberry Almond Smoothie.

Membership fees: INR 3,000 + GST monthly; INR 20,000 + GST annually.
