You can get your hands on some first-rate music instruments at this store and also be a part of unplugged sessions which are held every alternate month.

Launched in 2012 by friends Sujeet Singh and Shankh Goswami, it is a popular place for young musicians in the city. The duo say that they have served more than 2.5 lakh customers since they began. What sets them apart is the range of guitars that they manufacture in-house.

They also sell keyboards, electronic tablas, amplifiers as well as sound cards — it’s an ideal place for sound engineers as they keep everything that is needed for recording and mixing. You can also take a class on sound recording with Shankh. They will soon stock instruments from the German pro audio equipment company, Neumann — and they will let even you jam with these! They are always open to upcoming artists and bands jamming at their space. Incidentally, the co-owner of the store, Shankh, is working on a video related to acid attacks and it will be out this month.

Their guitars are available from INR 2,500 while the prices of the keyboards start at INR 3,200. The minimum cost of a tabla is INR 4,000 and you have to spend at least INR 200 to buy a flute. The amplifiers start at INR 3,500 and goes up to INR 1,20,000 and their pro audio systems are available from INR 10,000. The cheapest drum which you can get at their store comes for INR 11,000.
