What's Happening

The Kolkata Centre for Creativity (KCC) is launching their first creative conference and it's bringing together several renowned artists from across the world under its roof. A two-day session of talks, conversations and performances, it will have artists from different fields to interact with the audience on diverse topics.

A multidisciplinary studio and gallery, KCC's first creativity conference will also bring in prominent curators like Dr Sook Kyung-Lee (curator Tate Modern), Pinakin Patel, musicians Mukhtiyar Ali, Bikram Ghosh, arts collector Abhishek Poddar, fashion magazine editor Bandana Tewari, artist  Deepika Sorabji, Richa Agarwal, Swarup Dutta, Kounteya Sinha and several others.

KCC is also putting together an exhibition featuring 40 artists from 13 different countries for the event.

How's The Venue

KCC is a multidisciplinary interactive art centre that is a 70,000 square foot solution to this threat. It cuts across the boundaries of genre, creating a centre that celebrates and supplements creativity no matter what its outcome. Whether that creativity manifests in an exquisitely woven carpet or a beautifully painted portrait is unimportant. The purpose of KCC is to recognise creative talent across the board and bring it into focus.

Price Includes

It's a free event that is open to all.
