We dropped in at King's Bakery's Park Circus outlet and we just can't get enough of it.
The menu is all about different kinds of kimbap, Korean stews, soup and hotdogs. They've got five different kinds of kimbap (Korean rice and seaweed roll similar to sushi but different in flavour), an awesome addition to just the veg and non-veg options available earlier. I tried the Kimchi and Tuna kimbaps and loved how light they were. Besides these, they've got Cheese, Chicken Mayo and Chili (only if you can handle spice!) kimbaps that you can (and must, we'd say!) try.
We also loved their selection of stews - Doenjang-Jjigae is prepared using Doenjang (fermented soybean paste) and lots of veggies. But if you like it spicy, then we'd suggest you go for Kimchi-Jjigae (ideal for vegetarians) made with red pepper-flakes, homemade kimchi, onions and green onions served with steamed rice, onion pickles and rolled egg omelettes on the side. You can opt for a thinly sliced meat on top if you're a non-vegetarian.
Another highlight is the hotdog served in two variants - American Hotdog and Chili Hotdog (only if you can handle spicy and we mean lethal spicy!) that's got chicken sausage, tomato, onion, lettuce and pickle placed between a bun. The Chili Hotdog comes with jalapenos and cheese.
Don't leave without trying the Cream Choux profiteroles! They're love! One visit just isn't enough.
