What Did I Like?

Think quick bites and street food meet superhero theme and Indian vibes. Got lost? You've got to check out Dhadoom, Kolkata's newest food joint to know the kind of fun and flavour I'm talking about. Celeb Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi has finally jived down to Kolkata singing 'Namak Shamak' and open his eatery Dhadoom.

Come to this Potatoville {the comic literally names the joint as Potatoville} with your gang to try street food with a quirky twist. Their range of signature poutine {potato fries} includes soya makhani to Mumbaiya pav bhaji to snack on. If Jain food makes for your diet then binge on their banana fritters or their colourful paneer makhani sandwich. Resembling a page from a comic book with fun graffiti of Spuderman {who apparently saves Potatoville} all around, this twenty-seater joint is ideal to hang out with your squad and scarf on some quick meals of pasta, paratha pizza or rajma rice bowls.

Sooth your sweet tooth here with their interesting Oreo pakoras or the curious paan shake that's on offer. With fairly reasonable prices, Dhadoom definitely calls for you to gather your friends and do 'dhadoom' there.

What Could Be Better?

The prices are easy on the pocket, but the portions are little on the appetite.
