'Around the world in One Bite'
Hard Rock Cafe Kolkata brings us this spring the 'Limited Time Menu Offerings', globally inspired menu which includes sliders and burgers which were insanely appetizing. All the HRC fans, please do give a visit for this LTMO which is going on till June 30th, 2019.
The palatable and luscious spread of various sliders and burgers were heavenly when it came to taste factor; combining the best of both worlds, The Chefs have done an immensely commendable work from their part to please the taste palates of everyone.
Some of the items which made our day were The Katsu Chicken Slider, The Southern Barbecue Slider, The Whiskey Bacon Jam Slider, The Tango Salsa Slider, and The Tex Mex Taco Burger accompanied with Sparkling Blue Hawaiin and Strawberry Mojito mocktails.
My personal favourite was the Southern Barbecue Slider which was made pulled chicken, cheddar cheese, tangy barbecue sauce and crisp fried jalapeno. The Tex Mex Taco Burger is a must try which comes with a full flavoured steak patty topped with rich guacamole, smooth Jack cheese, crisp lettuce and chili spice.
I had a great time enjoying the hearty meal of this Limited Time Offerings.
