I can bet you guys will fall in love with as soon as you will entire the property through the spiral staircase. From where you will get the view of their Majestic Pool Side which is a part of their pride. After the temperature check and sanitation while stepping towards the main section if you see some flames apart from the Romantic Cabanas don't get afraid. Because they are the first-ever Roof Top Open Air Lounge where Bonfire arrangements are made. It's chargeable btw. Don't grab a seat there if you find some seats empty.
As you will enjoy the electrifying ambience and music. Please settle down at any part of the place because every part is equally beautiful and order your Drinks (Hard or Soft).
They have full Bar available with plenty of choices. So if you don't want to take Sishas to go for the Innovative Cocktails and Mocktails or you favourite straight drinks. I had their "Absolute Elderflower Collins". And it was really good.
Another important thing if you pre-book the bonfire section. They will serve the drinks and starters there then they will move you to a separate royal rooftop section for your Main Course exclusively arranged for you. It's better to book this place if you are visiting them with a group of friends or for family gatherings.
Now coming to the extremely important aspect. The Food. When it's Novotel you need not to worry about it though. But if you find Chef Neelabh Sahay around then I assure you your meal will be full of Marvelous dishes. And you will remain those for a lifetime. He is daam good. He has the ability to surprise you with elegant use of simple ingredients in your normal dishes. Like you are having some different dish with same name.
Service is top-notch and the staffs are extremely attentive and very well trained.
I had their Classic Fish and Chips, Chicken Satay (Chef Style), Chicken Biryani and Keema Pao from the Live Open Kitchen. Yes, you heard it right. They have an open kitchen too. And all the dishes were Lajabab...
So don't wait to pay them a visit soon.
