New Alipore Peeps, Street Of Joy Is Coming To You This Sunday

New Alipore peeps, you’re getting a transport-free zone on Sunday morning so you can take to the streets to dance, play, and more!

You’ve heard of Happy Streets on Park Street, Salt Lake and Southern Avenue. Now New Alipore gets a similar opportunity to have fun on Sunday mornings with Street of Joy. A transport-free zone for a few hours in the morning, tons of locals and residents of the area hit the streets and you can join them too.

There are so many activities happening: roller skating, zumba and dance, street art and more. Even if you just want to stand and watch everyone have fun, that’s plenty entertaining. You’ll get loads of opportunity to get some good pictures as well {the natural light really helps}.

We absolutely love the vibe of the place — everyone is beaming from ear to ear, there’s a lot of camaraderie, kids are having a blast, there’s tons of activity, energy and positive. It’s a ‘good vibes only’ zone.

This one is definitely for the whole fam. You’ll see tons of families bring their kids out and you can take your little ones out too.

Because we urban dwellers rarely get a transport-free zone to have a gala on the streets in a completely safe environement. Plus, it’s the last leg of good weather before summer kicks in — taking advantage of the outdoors should be high on your agenda.
