Saurashtra is one of the most famous places in Kolkata for its array of Gujarati snacks. But the one thing that makes them stand out from the rest of the crowd are the unique and delicious onion samosas. At just INR 10 a piece, these petit triangles filled with mashed potato and fried onion are a huge hit.
