Make A Plan: Kolkata's Newest Comedy Group's First Show Is On Sunday

The Comedy Bylane is a newly-formed collective all set to make Kolkata lol {literally!} with their podcasts, sketches, and live gigs.

Bored of the same old jokes and the same old faces cracking them? Don’t be disheartened just yet. Kolkata’s comedy scene just got cooler with its newest comedy collective, The Comedy Bylane. All set to take the city by storm, this group of hilarious stand-up comics will not just be doing live gigs but will also be doing podcasts, sketches and more.

Block the date: their very first show is this Sunday at the new lounge, Quantum Kitchen on Belvedere Road. Expect the newest  jokes around the city combined with lovely mocktails and delicacies at The Quantum Kitchen – and it’s for everybody. College-goers, their parets and even grandparents are sure to find these jokes relatable and totally hilarious.

The Comedy Bylane’s first show will feature two familiar faces on the comedy circuit of the city – Vaibhav Sethia and Raj Bagaria. After the great success of his stand-up solo tour ‘Don’t’, Vaibhav finally comes back to his hometown, the City of Joy, with fresh content and hilarious observations. Raj was in Bombay for a while, but is back in Kolkata due to pretentious college commitments always forgetting homework, but not punchlines. The two comics from different walks of life are all set to explain their interesting experiences in a hilarious manner.
