Pa Pa Ya is scheduled to open its doors in Kolkata around December {fingers crossed that it’ll be here before Christmas!}. The bistro will be spread over a huge property {a little birdie told us over 14,000 square feet} on the 11th floor of Magma building on the Park Street-Camac Street crossing.
