What's Happening

Kolkata's in a rare form of being abuzz with plenty of cultural events at the same time, but you've got to accept, winter brings out its best. Keeping the culture pot stirred, ace thespian and theatre director, Feisal Alkazi (he has directed over 300 plays in English, Hindi and Urdu) is coming to town with this theatre group Ruchika (a product of NSD, and one of one of Delhi's best) to put up at three-day theatre festival along with Padatik.

'The Gathered Leaves' explores Autism and Alzheimer’s, Velina Hasu Houston's 'Tea' touches upon issues of migration, identity and gender, and  Donald Margulies's 'Goodbye Forever' explores relationships. The three plays will be showcased on three consecutive days (starting on Friday, November 16) at different venues in Kolkata.

How's The Venue

The plays will be shown in two different venues. The first play 'The Gathered Leaves' will be put up in Gyan Mancha in Pretoria Street. The next two, 'Tea' and 'Goodbye, Forever', will be showcased in the Padatik Little Theatre 2, inside Padatik on AJC Bose Road. 

Price Includes

The tickets are priced at INR 300. Season's tickets are available for INR 750.
