Say hello to gourmet deliciousness: Fabbrica is bringing big bowls of warming pasta to us this winter and we are absolutely loving it. The Festa Della Pasta has just four options but they’re all one better than the other. Hands down our absolute favourite is the ravioli. A homemade ravioli stuffed with mascarpone and sweet potato mousse and topped with crunchy, slightly toasted pine nuts, finished with a hint of salty smooth goat’s cheese in a brown butter sauce — the textures and flavours are absolutely phenomenal. If you love mushrooms, you must try the linguini. With slightly charred mushrooms that give it a smoky feel, the pasta is finished with white truffle cream that just lifts the flavour. You can also get a seafood version of this. Gnocchi also makes it to the menu — another sumptuous dish served with mushrooms.
Coupled with its quaint decor that will remind you of a tiny Italian village, this romantic place is perfect for date night.
Anything Else?
The pastas range between INR 525 and INR 550 and are individually portioned. The quality of ingredients used, though, is absolutely premium. To go with your pasta, kick back and enjoy the live music that the restaurant will be hosting {here’s the Facebook page}. They’re also going to be serving liquor for a limited time {Sangria and Bira to go with your pizza and pasta!}. The music and drinks will be available from December 22, 2017 to January 2, 2018. The pasta festival has already begun!
