Dropped in to The Bhoj Company last week, went to the Dalhousie outlet, they are going to open a new one in Salt Lake Sector V very soon!
The ambience of the restaurant is really good, it's very spacious as well as properly lit. It has beautiful artistic works on the wall too. Their menu is so Bangaliana. That you'll find it hard to choose from it's wide range of Bengali Dishes.
The food items we had were -
1. Murgir Cutlet
2. Luchi
3. Alur Dum
4. Kosha Murgir Mangsho
5. Dum Pulao
The dishes that I loved the most are -
√ Murgir Cutlet : It's crispy & surprisingly tasty, you feel it's vibe altogether as soon as it is served hot. It's aroma & rich taste is lovely.
√ Luchi & Alu Dum : Hot Luchi & Alu dum is the perfect combination for any Bhoj Loving Bangali! The Luchi were crispy & big in size. The alu dum was tasty too!
√ Dum Pulao & Kosha Murgir Mangsho : This is the combination that I love the most. They both actually compliment each other. Must try!
The Name Bhoj Company is very apt as it's totally stands up to its name, as it is authentic & truly Bengali.
One just can't miss their hospitality & food. Must visit for every Bengali cuisine lover!
