What Makes It Awesome

Our favourite coffee house is turning two years old this month! And while we can’t flock there for a celebration right now we can still do so virtually.

In what promises to be a fun virtual festival, Roastery Coffee House has a whole list of interactive events coming up this weekend (Sunday, 20th June). The event kicks off with a Yoga sesh with Sneha Ghosh (9 AM - 9:45 AM). After which it’s time for a hot cuppa joe. Brew yourself a perfect cup of coffee with Nishant Sinha (10 AM to 10:45 AM). Next up is a bean to bar chocolate workshop by Sheetal Saxena (11:30 AM 12:15 PM).

Enough with the sweet talk, put your creative cells to work with a pen and ink illustration workshop by Riddhima (1:30 PM - 2 : 00 PM). After your right brain has gotten enough exercise, it’s time to get your body moving with Aakriti Prasad (3:00 PM to 4:00 PM). You guessed it - belly dancing it is! Back to the pen and paper with a therapeutic mandala art workshop by Div Drisht (4 PM - 4:30 PM). Finish off on a fun note with clinking of your glasses (virtually, ofcourse) containing coffee cocktails. The recipe for which Ipsita Chakraborty will share with you in her sesh (4:30 PM - 5 PM). Watch Roastery Coffee House's Instagram for more details on how you can join.

In addition to this an array of rich and indulgent treats await you in their newly launched anniversary menu. Whether it is the peak of summers or chilly winters, there is nothing better than sipping on your favourite handcrafted frothy beverage. Roastery has introduced Tribocoffee, a one of a kind coffee grown by an indigenous tribe of Odissa. This coffee is grown wild without any fertilisers and it's the most loved coffee by everyone. You will also find handmade pasta (made in the kitchen of Roastery from scratch) on their menu now!

Pro-Tip

No celebration feels complete until it comes to good use of the community at large. Roastery will be donating a prominent portion of the total sales made on its anniversary date, 21st June to help Covid affected families. A part of the sales will also be used to buy relief materials for families living in areas that were devastated by cyclone Yaas.
